Our Vision at COTL is to “Know Christ and make Him known”. One way we implement that vision is to support a number of carefully screened missions organizations. In Acts 1:8 Jesus tells us, “…and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria and to the ends of the earth.” In obedience to that command, we provide monthly support to ministries which are spreading the Gospel of Jesus Christ at the local, national and international levels.
Benevolence - COTL provides benevolence to families who demonstrate a desperate need for the basics of life: food and shelter.
GODTEL - COTL helps support this local ministry which spreads the Gospel while meeting immediate needs for food, housing and clothing.
River of Life - COTL helps support this Women’s Life Skills Training Center which is a Christian organization dedicated to improving the quality of life of women in the area who have been trapped in unfulfilling lives due to economic or societal constraints.

Northview Community Church - COTL donates monthly to this church plant in Austin, TX. Northview opened their doors on Easter Sunday, 2006 and now have 60-80 people attending each Sunday. In their first year over 25 people committed or recommitted their lives to Christ. Pastors Pat and Mistie Green have not yet drawn a salary; instead, they are funneling everything back into the growth of the church. Pastor Green says, “Church planting has been called the ‘extreme sport’ of ministry and all I can say is…Surf's up! Let’s ride the wave!” [ Northview website ]
| National & International Missions |
Calvary International - We support this organization which reaches out to the people of our nation in order to win souls, train missionaries and build facilities. Recently, they mounted an extensive campaign to help rebuild lives and churches in the areas of Louisiana and Mississippi which were still devastated after being hard hit by Hurricane Katrina last year.
Calvary International also helps COTL “reap a global harvest” with its many international mission projects. The projects include constructing fresh water wells and medical clinics in Africa, operating the Calvary Bible Institute that trains and equips native ministers and provides humanitarian aid in a number of Asian countries, and numerous outreach projects in Latin America. Mooney Ministries International - The heart of Mooney Ministries International is “Jesus for every person and every person for Jesus” and after more than 20 years of ministry, God is making that vision a reality.
In 1983 Caleb & Alyssa Mooney established an orphanage in Mexico and had the privilege of serving as mom and dad to more than 150 abandoned children, as well as distribute food and clothing, build houses, and establish churches.
Following a time of refreshing and church planting in New Mexico, God opened the doors for the Mooneys to serve Bethel Christian Ministries in Guatemala, an organization which repairs and distributes wheelchairs to the disabled of Central America. Included in Bethel Christian Ministries is a yearly camp where people with disabilities can come together for a time of training, encouragement and fellowship.
The Mooneys also work with the youth of Guatemala in their program Todo Por Amor a Ti! (All for love of You!).
One of the greatest and broadest aspects of MMI is the Ministry of Helps, reaching from natural disaster relief, home/church construction and repair, to supporting native pastors and missionaries, and much more.
